도시철도의 역사는 계단을 이용하는데 한계가 있어 에스컬레이터의 운행이 필수적이다. 에스컬레이터 고장 시 민원이 끊이지 않는 고객서비스의 핵심적인 장치이다. 에스컬레이터는 고장 없이 안정적으로 운영하고, 초기고장을 빠른 시간에 감지하고 초기에 대응하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 공항철도의 역사 내 에스켈레이터 치명도 분석 결과 LBS 4레벨 기준 시스템 대비 치명도 5% 이상인 장치인 스텝구동장치 중 콤, 데마케이션 장치를 대상으로 한 신뢰도 분석 결과를 활용하여 에스컬레이터 장치의 현재 점검주기와 항목에 대한 개선이 필요한 지 연구하였다.그 결과 콤의 주요 고장원인은 이물질 유입과 외부충격으로 분석되어 현재 진행되고 있는 유지보수 정기점검 시애 손상품 교체를 진행하고, 데마케이션은 인천공항 1터미널역에서 여행객의 케리어로 인한 충격 및 노후에 따른 파손이 증가하므로 노후 데마케이션은 교체가 필요하다. 교체 시에 데마케이션 치명도 40% 감소할 것이며, 인천공항1터미널역 고장 발생 건수를 90% 감소하는 목표를 설정하여 유지보수 할 필요가 있다
Abstract
The history of urban railroads has limitations in using stairs, so the operation of escalators is essential. It is a key device of customer service that incessantly complains in the event of an escalator failure. It is of paramount importance to operate the escalator stably without failure, to detect the initial failure in a short time and respond to the initial failure. As a result of the analysis of the fatalities of the escalator in the history of the airport railway, the reliability analysis results for the current inspection cycle and items of the escalator device were used to study whether it is necessary to improve the current inspection cycle and items of the escalator device by using the results of the reliability analysis for the stem drive device, which is a device with a fatality of 5% or more compared to the LBS 4-level reference system. As a result, the main causes of the malfunction were analyzed by the inflow of foreign substances and external shocks, and the damage is carried out during the ongoing maintenance regular inspection, and the damage caused by the carrier of travelers is increased at the Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, so the aging demarcation needs to be replaced. During the replacement, the fatalities of demarcation will be reduced by 40%, and the number of breakdowns at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 needs to be set and maintained by setting a target of 90% reduction.
