본 연구는 철도분야에 정밀점검 및 성능평가 제도 도입 이후 기존 부여된 철도 분야별 시설 분류 가중치가 체계적이며 실질적으로 정립하는 과정에 있어서, 미흡한 부분의 문제점을 인지하여 시작된 연구이다. 철도운영 조직의 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP를 통해 철도 분야별 시설 분류로서 대분류 4개의 항목과 중분류 16개 항목에 대한 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대분류의 경우 신호제어가 0.330으로 가장 높았다. 중분류의 경우 궤도시설 분야에서는 분기기가 0.492로 가장 높았다. 두 번째 전철전력 분야에 대한 상대적 중요도 우선순위에서는 송변전 설비가 0.468로 가장 높았고, 신호제어 분야에서는 선로전환기가 0.386으로 가장 높았다.
Abstract
This study was started by recognizing the problems of insufficient parts in the process of systematically and practically establishing the existing weight of facility classification by railroad field after the introduction of the precise inspection and condition assessment system in the railroad field. The relative importance and priority of four major categories and sixteen items as middle categories were analyzed through AHP for experts in railroad operation organizations. As a result of the analysis, in the case of the major category, signal control was the highest at 0.330. In the case of the middle classification, the quarter was the highest at 0.492 in the field of track infrastructure. In the case of the relative importance priority for the second electric power field, transmission and substation- facilities were the highest at 0.468, and the point was the highest at 0.386 in the signal control field.
