12.3 계엄 이후 한국 사회는 내부적으로 평화, 안보 및 통일에 대해 수렴하는 데 많은 어려움을 갖고 있는 실정이다. 이에 통일교육 학자들은 남남갈등 해소 논의를 모색하기 위한 노력이 요청된다. 실질적으로 한국 사회에서 벌어지는 남남갈등에 대한 일체의 실천에 대한 이해와 실천이 더욱 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리 사회에 존재하는 평화안보통일교육에 대한 인식을 모색하여 남남갈등을 수렴할 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 앞으로 전개될 통일교육은 보수와 진보 세력 속에서 매우 다양하게 격렬하게 진행될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 각자의 이해와 실천이 남남갈등 완화와 상호 이해적 측면에서 전개되어야 함을 주시하고자 한다. 우리 사회에 현존하는 통일교육의 상황 속에서 남남갈등의 완화적 모색은 평화와 안보 그리고 통일을 지향하는 평화안보통일교육을 통해 안정적 논의와 실천을 전개할 수 있음을 밝히고자 한다.
Abstract
Since the Martial Law of December 3, Korean society has had many difficulties in internally converging on peace, security, and unification. Therefore, all scholars of unification education are requested to make efforts to seek discussions on easing South-South conflict (the rightist and the leftist conflict in South Korean). In reality, awareness and practice of all practices for South-South conflict and reconciliation and cooperative approaches in Korean society are more urgent. Therefore, this study seeks to find ways to converge the perceptions of peace, security, and unification that exist in our society. Through this, we hope to advance the will of Korean society to converge on peace, security, and unification. The unification movement and unification education that will unfold in the future tend to be very diverse. Accordingly, we want to pay attention to the fact that each practice should be developed in terms of easing South-South conflict and mutual understanding. We want to discuss whether we can find ways to ease South-South conflict within the current perception of unification education groups in our society.
