Abstract

The study be were looking at knowledge the public organization's core competencies in the knowledge society. This study was aimed to proposed policy implications for strengthening the competitiveness of local governments through verified The hypothesis that knowledge absorptive capacity will have a positive impact on innovation capacity and the organizational culture (the current organizational culture, organizational culture preferred) to have a moderating effect in the relationship between knowledge absorptive capacity and innovation capability in the level of local government.
