》본 연구는 요가운동 프로그램이 장애아동의 공격성 감소에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 이러한 목적을 위하여 요가운동 프로그램의 수업모형의 설정은 그룹, 개인, 대인으로 분류 하여 실시하였다. 연구대상은 2명의 지적장애아동과 1명의 자폐성 발달장애아동으로 M대학에서 주관하는 장애아동 체육교실에 참여한 아동 중 공격적 성향을 많이 가지고 있는 아동을 대상으로 하였다. 실험설계는 장애인들의 행동변화를 관찰 할 때 사용되는 단일 피험자 설계(single subject research)의 A-B-A’설계를 적용하였다. 피험자가 나타내는 공격성의 변화는 사전검사(A)와 본 실험(B), 그리고 사후검사(A')를 통해 측정되었으며, 본 실험의 개입 수단으로 요가운동 프로그램의 수업모형을 그룹, 개인, 대인으로 나누어 모든 피험자에게 처치하였다. 개입수단에서 각각의 수업형태는 3명의 대상자 모두에게 동일하게 적용되었다. 연구 결과 3명의 장애아동 모두 요가운동 프로그램을 통해 공격적 행동의 빈도가 감소되었으며, 수업모형에 따라 각각 다른 공격적 행동의 빈도율을 나타냈다. 그러므로 본 연구는 요가운동 프로그램을 통하여 장애아동의 공격적 행동뿐만 아니라 부적응행동 감소를 위한 운동프로그램의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
》The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of Yoga-based exercise programs Yoga on reducing aggression in disabled children. For this purpose, the instruction models of the Yoga-based exercise programs were classified and performed into 3 different categories; for groups, individuals and personal guidances Subjects of this investigation were 2 mentally retarded children and a developmentally disabled child with autism who participated in a physical exercise program managed by M University. They had more aggressive tendencies than the other participants in that program. For design of experiment, A-B-A' design of single subject research was applied to survey the behavioral changes of the disabled. The changes of aggressive behavior in the subjects were measured by a preliminary examination(A), the main experiment(B) and the finishing inspection(A'). As for the intervention factor of present study, the instruction model of Yoga-based exercise programs was divided into 3 groups, which are programs for groups, individuals and personal guidances, and then applied to all the subjects. Each form of the exercise programs was equally applied to the 3 subjects. The results of this study indicated that through the Yoga-based exercise programs, frequencies of aggressive behavior in all of the 3 disabled children were reduced and the frequencies showed differences by instruction models. Therefore, this study is considered to be the basis material for developing further Yoga-based exercise programs to reduce aggressive behavior as well as maladjustment behavior.
