Revised-IPA를 활용한 주요 숲길별 중점 개선방안 도출

초록

본 연구는 국내 주요 숲길 이용객을 대상으로 이용객 특성 및 서비스 속성별 만족도를 분석하였다. 그리고 숲길별 개선방안을 제시하고, 향후 숲길 관리계획을 수립할 때 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구자료는 주요 숲길 중 서울 둘레길, 대관령 숲길, 울진 금강소나무 숲길, 속리산 둘레길, 한라산 둘레길, 지리산 둘레길 이용객 292명의 설문조사 자료를 사용하였다. 만족도 분석은 Deng의 revised IPA를 활용하여 분석하였다. 숲길별 revised IPA 결과 중 Ⅱ사분면을 중심으로 살펴보았으며, Ⅱ사분면에 가장 많이 나타난 서비스 속성은 ‘불편 사항에 대해 신속하게 응대하였다(Q5)’로 나타났다. 그리고 숲길별 우선 조치가 필요한 속성을 파악하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 속성에 적합한 개선방안을 적용하여 원활하고 효과적인 숲길 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract

This study analyzed the satisfaction of visitors and service attributes for major forest trails visitors in Korea. Furthermore, it suggested improvement measures for each forest trail, and the purpose is to provide basic data when establishing a forest trail management plan in the future. The research data used survey data from 292 visitors of Seoul trail, Daegwallyeong forest trail, Uljin Geumgang pine trail, Songnisan trail, Hallasan trail, and Jirisan trail among major forest trails. Satisfaction analysis was analyzed using Deng's revised IPA. The Ⅱquadrant of the revised IPA results for each forest trail were examined, and the service attribute that appeared the most in the Ⅱquadrant was found to ‘responded quickly to inconveniences(Q5)’. In addition, we got a grip on the attributes that require priority measures for each forest trail. Therefore, the results of study are expected that smooth and effective forest trail management will be possible by applying improvement measures suitable for the derived attributes.
