북한산생태탐방원의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 - 전통적 IPA와 수정 IPA의 적용 -

초록

본 연구는 전통적 IPA와 Vavra와 Deng의 수정 IPA를 활용한 비교분석을 통해 북한산생태탐방원의 효율적인 운영방안을 제공하고자 수행되었다. 설문조사는 총 704부를 분석에 사용하였으며 설문 측정항목은 북한산생태탐방원의 특징을 반영한 25개의 측정항목으로 구성하였다. 전통적 IPA 분석 결과, 전체적으로 선형적 관계가 보이며 중요도와 성취도 간의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 판단되어 수정 IPA 결과 간의 공통측정항목과 3가지 IPA 결과의 공통측정항목을 바탕으로 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과 3가지 IPA 결과의 공통측정항목 중 Ⅰ, Ⅲ사분면은 수정 IPA 결과 간의 공통측정항목과 일치하였으며 Ⅱ, Ⅳ사분면은 나타나지 않았다. 수정 IPA 결과 간의 Ⅰ사분면 공통측정항목은 생태탐방원 접근성, 프로그램 정보제공, 직원 친절도 등이 나타났으며 Ⅱ사분면은 생태탐방원 홍보 및 마케팅으로 나타났다. Ⅲ사분면의 공통측정항목은 사전-사후 고객관리, 프로그램 접근성, 프로그램 운영 시 타인과의 마찰, 강의실 및 강당, 생활관 등으로 나타났으며 Ⅳ사분면은 프로그램 관리상태, 시설 관리 및 위생 상태 전반, 안전 대비시설, 입구 안내 및 정보제공 등으로 나타났다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 북한산생태탐방원의 효율적 운영방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to provide an efficient operation improvement of Bukhansan Nature Center through a comparative analysis using traditional IPA and revised IPA of Vavra and Deng. A total of 704 copies of the survey were used for analysis, and the survey measurement items consisted of 25 measurement items reflecting the characteristics of the Bukhansan Nature Center. As a result of traditional IPA analysis, linear relationships were observed overall, and correlation between importance and performance was determined. So, it was compared and analyzed based on the common measurement items between the revised IPA results and the common measurement items of the three IPA results. As a result of the analysis, among the common measurement items of the three IPA results, the Ⅰ and Ⅲ quadrants were consist with the common measurement items between the revised IPA results, and the Ⅱ and Ⅳ quadrants were not appeared. As a result of the revised IPA, common measurement items of the I quadrant were accessibility of Nature Center, provision of program information, and employee kindness. And the Ⅱ quadrant’s common measurement items was promotion and marketing. common measurement items of the Ⅲ quadrant were pre-post customer management, accessibility of program, friction with others when running a program, lecture room and auditorium, and accommodation(4 to 8). And the Ⅳ quadrant’s common measurement items were program management status, facility management and hygiene, safety preparation facility, and entrance guidance and information provision. Based on the results derived, the efficient operation improvement of Bukhansan Nature Center was presented.
