위택스 시스템 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 납세자의 편익을 높이기 위하여 위택스 시스템을 활용할 필요가 있다는 인식에서 시작되었고, 위택스의 개선방안을 도출하는 연구목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여, 웹사이트와 지방세 세정시스템에 대한 선행연구를 검토하고 분석틀을 도출한 후, 위택스 시스템의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 다음과 같은 개선방안을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 위택스 사용자의 활용도를 높이기 위하여 위택스 시스템의 기본적인 기능이 충분히 보강되어야 하고, 위택스 사용자에 대한 세부적인 통계수집이 필요하다. 둘째, 위택스 예산 확보를 통해 과감하고 적극적인 투자가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 노후 장비를 교체하고 시스템을 업그레이드해야 할 것이다. 넷째, 지방세정시스템이라는 웹사이트 고유의 특성을 반영하면서 위택스 시스템을 발전시켜야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find out the improvement suggestions of the WETAX system which is the local government taxation system. We reviewed some precedent studies, derived an analysis framework, analyzed the situations and problems. As a result of analysis, we can suggest those improvement suggestions. First, it is necessary to strengthen the basic functions of the system and collect the detailed statistics on users. Second, we have to invest on the WETAX system actively. Third, it is necessary to change the worn out equipments, upgrade the system, and apply the latest technology. Fourth, we have to develop the WETAX system reflecting the attributes of the combined local tax system.
