Abstract

epartments of Education college for training as a teacher who teaches Korean grammar competently. Before to find out more detailed action agenda of Korean Education Departments, this study think about guideline of responsibilities such that both professor and education majors have mutual responsibilities, considering Korean Education Departments' situation. And this study examines main factors to influence Teacher Training Education in terms of Education colleges and Education majoring students. This study refer to the necessity of supporting a guide of curriculum information and a planning of study, managing the lecture which reflects a situation that Korean Teachers may suffer in the classroom, leading teaching methodical learning and development of qualifications by tightening graduation requirement, providing all sorts of information about development of qualifications, having inspective attitudes to Korean Language, and leading examining about degrees development of qualifications and supplement up to some degrees, etc, as a professor who teaches Korean Majoring students. In addition to that, this study suggests the necessity application and establishments system for mutual supporting with field teachers, and follow-up service for graduates, etc, in terms of connection with graduates and field teachers. Finally, to train as a fine Korean teacher who teaches grammar competently, this study point out that a training as a fine and equal reserve teacher is needed by cooperation between Korean Education Departments of Education College in regional unit or national unit.
