This study aims at understanding the persons who influence career decision by personalcharacteristics while targeting students majoring in “Absolute Dance” and “Practical Dance”,and finding out the differences of career decision-making types. As a result of the study,persons who influenced their career decision by personal characteristics all showed significantdifferences statistically. Second, significant difference appeared statistically only atthe gender and major for career decision-making types by personal characteristics. Therewere no significant differences statistically in grades and persons who influenced career decision-making.
Abstract
