She purpose of this study is to find out how cognitive dancing ability affects and relates to self-efficacy and career decison-making factors. The study has been conducted, by use of questionnaires, with the subject of 583 secondary school students who desire dance major and would have to lead Korean dance community. The results are as follows; first, there are significant differences between individuality and career decision-making factors in all variables except sex. Second, significant differences between cognitive dancing ability and self-efficacy exist in all variables. Third, there are significant differences between cognitive dancing ability and career decision-making factors in all variables except problem-solving. Last, self-efficacy is significantly related to career decision-making factors.
