This study aims to examine the influence of participation in dance for all of absolute dance majors on the career decision efficacy and career exploration . 406 Data were collected from 8 universities which have absolute dance departments. Collected data were analyzed through Windows, IBM SPSS 21.0. The results of this research are as follows. First, there are differences in the career decision efficacy and career exploration between gender, years and majors of absolute dance. Second, there are differences in the career decision efficacy and career exploration between dance for all participation and non-participation. Third, the career decision efficacy of students who participated in dance for all affects career exploration.
