본고는 효과적인 글쓰기 교육을 위한 구체적인 교수 설계 과정과 다양한 수업방법을 소개하고 수업의 시작에서 마무리까지의 10가지 명강의 비법을 소개하고자 한다. 효과적인 글쓰기 교육을 위해서는 먼저 교수자가 수업을 준비하는 데 체계적인교수 설계 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 교수 설계 과정은 궁극적으로 수업의 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 구체적인 계획을 체계적으로 수립하는 과정으로, 교육 목적 확인을시작으로 하여 학습자의 특징과 교육 내용 분석, 학습 목표 설정, 평가 계획 수립,교육 방법과 전략 설계, 교육 자료 선택 및 매체 선정의 과정의 순서로 진행된다. 이 과정 중 수업 방법에는 기존의 강의법 이외에도 마인드맵 활용, SQ4R, 토의 학습, JIGSAW 소집단 토론법, 인지적 도제 학습법 등 여러 가지 수업 방법이있다. 수업 방법은 학습자 특성, 교육 내용 및 학습 목표 등을 고려하여 선정하며, 수업의 시작에서 마무리까지 각 단계를 충실히 수행하는 10가지 명강의 비법을 기억할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
This article explains the instructional design process and variousinstructional methods for effective writing class. In addition, thisarticle introduces the 10 things excellent lecture methods from introductionto consolidation of lecture. The instructor must pass through systematic instructional designprocess to prepare class first for effective writing education. The instructional design process proceeds in order identification ofeducational goals, analysis of student characteristics and educationalcontents, definition of instructional objectives, set up of evaluationplan, design of instructional methods and strategy, and selection ofinstructional materials and media. There are various instructional methods, for example mind-map,SQ4R, discussion, JIGSAW, and cognitive apprenticeship. Instructionalmethod should be consider student characteristics, educational contents,and instructional objectives. This article encourage to remember thatthe 10 things in order to excellent lecture methods from introductionto consolidation of lecture.
