지역경찰활동과 주거침입 강,절도 두려움의 관계 연구

본 연구는 일반적인 범죄두려움의 유형 중 특히 다른 유형의 범죄보다도 그 정도가 심각하다고 보고 되고 있는 주거침입강절도 범죄두려움이 지역경찰활동과 관련해서 과연 어떠한 요인에 영향을 받게 되는지를 실증적으로 검증하려는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 분석결과 첫째, 지역경찰활동에 대한 주민참여 정도에 대한 집단간의 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 인구통계학적 특성은 가족수입과 거주장소의 위치였다. 지역경찰의 범죄사건 출동에 대한 신속성은 연령, 결혼상태, 학력에 따라서 집단 간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 범인검거의 확실성은 학력에 따라서 지역경찰의 방범서비스 만족도는 거주장소의 위치에 따라서 집단 간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역경찰활동 요인과 주거침입강절도 범죄두려움의 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과, 독립변수 네 요인 중 모두 범인검거의 확실성과 방범서비스 만족도가 주거침입강절도 범죄두려움과 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내고 있었으며, 이중 범인검거의 확실성 요인이 더 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 지역경찰활동 요인 중 범인검거의 확실성이 주거침입 강절도 범죄두려움에 영향을 미치는 요인인 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
In this study, it is considered that interest and analysis of macroscopical level may has its difference depends on local policing which are residents participation on policing, respond speed, arrest certainty, service about crime prevention to Residents. Therefore, the purpose of this study is on positive verification of how people feel about crime fear of housebreaking burglary and theft depends on local policing and also how much effect would they receive. As the result of this study, it is shown that first, population statistical characteristics that residents participation on policing is statistically meaningful of its difference of each group are income of the house and residential ares and for respond speed of police were age, status of marriage and final education status, for arrest certainty has meaningful difference statistically of each group depends on final education status and for service relative with crime prevention was residential ares. Second, after processing result of 4 primary factor independent variable arrest certainty and crime prevention service factors shows statistically meaningful correlation with crime fear of housebreaking burglary and theft and especially arrest certainty factor showed the higher correlation with crime fear of housebreaking burglary and theft than the other. Lastly, according to the regression results, arrest certainty factor influenced crime fear of housebreaking burglary and theft.
