본 연구의 목적은 경남지역노인들의 아동기 시절 경험한 생활예절 교육에 관한 전언 및 오늘날의 유아기 생활예절 교육에 대한 노인들의 인식을 분석하여 가정과 유아교육기관의 요구 및 유아의 발달적 특성을 반영한 유아생활예절모델을 개발하여 현장에 적용, 평가하는 것이다. 이에 모델 개발의 모형에 의거하여 방향설정을 한 다음, 모델의 목표, 교육내용, 교수방법을 구성하여 유아생활예절 모델을 개발하였다. 개발한 모델은 유아교육기관에서 8주간 만 5세아 학급의 실험집단 28명, 비교집단 27명으로 나누어 적용하였다. 모델 적용 후 그 효과를 평가한 결과, 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to develop, apply a etiquette education model for young children at centers. Developmental characteristics of young children, etiquette education experienced by the aged and community contexts were considered in the process of the model development, application, and evaluation. This model was implemented for eight weeks with fifty-five children and three teachers. The results of this study showed that this etiquette education model was significantly effective as a teaching and assessment tool for the early etiquette education for young children.
