도시철도 경영 목표에 관한 경영진의 실상과 실행 과제 ―서울교통공사 사례를 중심으로

Abstract

This is a paper that asks how the urban railroad operating institution sets management goal and what the reality is. The discussion will be focused on the case of the Seoul Transportation Corporation with the aim of strengthening the responsibilities and obligations of the management. First, it derives problems while grasping the management's willingness to implement the management goal. This is to explore the value direction and tasks category of management objectives for management goals execution management. In conclusion, it suggests two tasks for management of management goals. First, it emphasizes the urgent need to change to an empathetic leadership strategy in preparation for the AI era. To this end, it is revealed that the formation of a win-win relationship, the spread of active shared value, and the establishment of a paradigm for shared growth are prerequisites. Second, according to the direction of government policy, the momentum that develops day by day should be reflected both inside and outside by continuously utilizing the active administrative promotion system, but it expresses that an independent roadmap in a proactive and active way should be established. Here, the task categories in the form of checklists for defensive and aggressive strategies are presented in a table.
