달크로즈 신체 리듬 교수법은 전통적인 교탁 의자 교수법을 뒤집고, 신체 리듬 방식으로 음악 교수법을 재구성하고, 음악 예술의 특성과 음악 학습의 법칙에 부합하는 교수 경로를 탐구하였다. ‘동(動 [움직임])’을 주제로, 신체 리듬 음악 교육의 기본 문제, 즉 신체 리듬이 무엇인지, 왜 움직이는지, 어떻게 움직이는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 동시에 중국 전통 미학의 관점에서 신체 리듬 교육 방법에 대한 새로운 해석을 수행하였다. 신체 리듬 교육을 ‘심신합일(心身合一)’ 및 ‘기운생동(氣韻生動)’의 측면에서 이해하여 향후 중국에서 신체 리듬 교육의 현지화에 대한 가능성을 기대해 보고자 한다.
Abstract
Dalcroze’s body rhythm teaching method subverts the traditional teaching model of desks and chairs by reconstructing music teaching, which not only according with musical art characteristics but also the teaching of music learning rules. The theme of this article is ‘movement’, exploring the basic problems of body rhythm music teaching method, that is, what is body rhythm, why and how to move? This paper gives a new interpretation of the teaching method of posture rhythm from the perspective of traditional Chinese aesthetics. The future localization of posture rhythm teaching in China is prospected by understanding posture rhythm teaching from aspect of unity of body and mind, rhythmic vitality and so on.
