外国語教育の目的は、韓日両国いずれもグローバル人材を育成することにある。 これまで大学では、この目的を達成するために海外留学や短期語学研修を進めてきたが、コロナによって中断され、IT技術を活用したオンライン研修に代替する事例がみられるようになった。このオンライン研修は、参加学生たちの満足度が高く、ポストコロナ時代にも積極的に活用される傾向が見られる。これは、現地留学を経済的、時間的な理由などで行くことができない学生や現地留学準備のためにも大きく役立つものと見ている。 しかし、先行研究を通じて既存のオンライン研修を実施した大学を調査した結果、現地留学の代替留学の概念だけで運営されており、オンライン研修の特性を生かした大学別オーダーメード型オンライン語学研修のための教育課程と授業方式などで多様な問題点が現れた。 本研究では、現地研修とオンライン研修の現況を比較検討した後、問題点を改善․補完し、今後オンライン研修を実際に運営するための方案を提示し、オンライン語学研修モデルを構築しようと思う。
Abstract
The purpose of foreign language education is to foster global talents in both Korea and Japan. Until now, universities have been conducting overseas study or short-term language training to achieve this goal, but as it was suspended due to COVID-19, there was a case of replacing it with online training using IT technology. This online training is highly satisfactory to the participating students, so it is expected to be actively used in the post-COVID-19 era. This is expected to be of great help to students who cannot go to study there due to economic and time reasons or to prepare for studying there. However, a study of universities that conducted online training through prior research revealed various problems in the curriculum and teaching methods for online language training tailored to each university, which is operated only as an alternative study to local study abroad. In this paper, after comparing and reviewing the current status of local and online training, we intend to establish an online language training model by preparing a plan to actually operate online training in the future by improving and supplementing the problems.
