집단 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지로서의 경험

본 연구는 집단 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지로서의 경험을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1년 이내에 집단 수퍼비전에서 사례발표를 경험한 상담심리사 1급 자격증을 소지한 10명을 심층면담하고 질적 연구 방법 중의 하나인 근거이론방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 127개의 개념, 57개의 하위범주, 23개의 범주가 도출되었다. 중심 현상으로는 ‘부담을 느끼지만, 나를 드러내 놓고 부딪히며 배워나감’으로 밝혀졌으며 이를 중심으로 참여자들의 경험에 관한 패러다임 모형이 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 집단 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지로서의 경험의 실체를 논의하였으며 나아가 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 사회․문화적 맥락에서 이루어지고 있는 집단 수퍼비전에 관한 실제적인 이해를 도운 점에 그 의의가 있다.

Abstract

This study examined supervisee's experience in group supervision. The grounded theory by Strauss and Corbin's(1998) was adopted to elucidate the structure of their experiences. In-depth interviews with 10 counselors were collected for the analysis data. We deduced 127 concepts, 57 subcategories and 23 categories from the analysis and finally derived a paradigm model. The central phenomenon was ‘learning by exposing oneself and facing with problems in spite of the fear of evaluation’. We discussed the implication of the findings and suggested future research issues for a group supervision.
