조선 전기 『精選古今名賢叢話詩林廣記』의 판본과 활용 사례

Abstract

JeongSunGoGeumMyeongHyeonChongHwaSiRimGwangGi(精選古今名賢叢話詩林廣記) (hereinafter called SiRimGwangGi) is the anthology that was completed around 1289 by Chae Jeong-son(蔡正孫, 1239∼?). This book, which is estimated to have been introduced in the mid of the Goryo era, was cited many times directly or indirectly in the annotation book of the early period of the Joseon era. The examples include the cases that were applied in the footnote of ChanJooBoonRyuDooSi (纂註分類杜詩) published in 1444 and the additional notes of JeongSunDangSongChun GaYeonJooSiGyeog(精選唐宋千家聯珠詩格) of which the first edition was published in 1485. In these cases, it is noteworthy that the original text of SiRimGwangGi was indirectly cited, unlike the cases that the sources were disclosed directly such as ‘SiRimGwangGi(詩林廣記)’ and ‘MongJae (蒙齋)’. In other words, the externally revealed source and the actual original text were different from each other and those cases are just a re-quote of the content of SiRimGwangGi. This study put more weight on empirically analyzing various indirectly cited aspects. Chae Jeong-son and SiRimGwangGi have an association with DangSongChunGaYeonJooSiGyeog(唐宋千家聯珠詩格) (hereinafter called YeonJooSiGyeog) that was widely known as a poetic textbook in the early Joseon Dynasty. Chae Jeong-son significantly enlarged and appended the original text of YeonJooSiGyeog and added an evaluation and interpretation to each work by himself. In addition, those evaluations and interpretations contain a lot of content of SiRimGwangGi. Various citations of SiRimGwangGi in the footnotes of YeonJooSiGyeog will not be irrelevant to this fact. However, the influence of this on the additional footnotes of ChanJooBoonRyuDooSi requires more study. Many unknown anthologies of the Song or Yuan era are found in the two annotation books besides SiRimGwangGi. This is a very difficult fact to identify during the database search process of various literature data based on the keywords such as book titles or authors. This is not intended to give prominence to the fact that it was cited in the footnotes. A way to find out the existence and utilization aspects of anthologies that were accepted in the early Joseon era becomes available. If such data are accumulated, it is thought to be an opportunity to approach the literary criticism of the Goryeo and Joseon eras from a different angle.
