DHP를 이용한 대학수목원의 사회적 책임 요인 선정

본 연구는 DHP기법을 이용하여 대학수목원의 사회적 책임요인을 규명하고자 수행하였다. 조사방법은 15명의 수목원 업무, 연구와 관련한 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 1·2차 설문과 AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 그 결과, 대학수목원의 사회적 책임에 대한 중요 요인은 1) 경제적 측면(0.125)과 환경성 측면(0.403) 보다는 사회적 측면(0.472)이 상대적 중요도가 높게 나타났으며, 2) 교육(0.269), 연구(0.205), 보전(0.198) 순으로 분석되었다. 세부 중요 요인으로는 교육의‘일반인을 위한 전문 및 평생교육과정 운영(0.207)’, 연구의‘대중을 위한 다양한 프로그램 연구(0.310)’, 보전의‘서식지외 보전기능 강화(0.223)’요인이 상대적으로 높은 중요도를 보였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the Social Responsibility(SR) factors of University Arboretum by using Delphi Hierarchy Process(DHP). 15 experts were surveyed on Delphi 1·2 and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) in order to identify the factors. According to the survey, important factors of Social Responsibility of University Arboretum were that 1) Social aspects(0.472) rather than economic(0.125) or environmental(0.403)showed the highest relative weight value. 2) It has been analyzed in order of Education (0.269), Research (0.205) and Conservation (0.198). Details factors showed a high relatively weight that ‘Professional and lifelong education for general public(0.207)’ of education, ‘Wide education programs research for the public(0.310)’ of research, ‘Ex situ(habitat) conservation enhancements(0.223)’ of conservation.
