이 연구는 초등학교 특수학급에서 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획을 수립 및 실행한 교사들의 경험을 분석하여 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획의 현장 정착 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획 수립 경험이 있는 6명의 초등 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 초점 집단 면담을 하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획은 특수교육대상학생의 현실적 요구를 충족하는 효과적 도구로 평가되었다. 둘째, 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획 수립을 돕는 자료와 사례가 부족했다. 셋째, 교과 중심 학급 운영과 부딪혀 교과 수업과 생활 지원 활동 간의 균형을 유지할 필요성이 제기되었다. 넷째, 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획의 수립으로 교직원, 학부모, 외부 기관 간의 협력을 촉진하여 학생 지도에 일관성을 높일 수 있었지만, 일부 구성원의 이해 부족은 실행에 장애가 되었다. 다섯째, 나이스의 복잡성과 비효율성이 생활 지원 중심 개별화교육계획 실행에 걸림돌이 되었다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the experiences of teachers who have established and implemented a life support-oriented personalized education plan in special classes in elementary schools to find a way to settle the field of the life support-oriented personalized education plan. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted with 6 elementary special class teachers who had experience in establishing a life support-oriented personalized education society, and the results of the study are as follows. First, the life support-oriented personalized education plan was evaluated as an effective tool to meet the realistic needs of students subject to special education. Second, there were insufficient data and examples to help establish a life support-oriented personalized education plan. Third, the need to maintain a balance between subject classes and life support activities was raised in the face of the subject-oriented class operation. Fourth, by establishing a life support-oriented personalized education plan, it was possible to increase consistency in student guidance by promoting cooperation among faculty, parents, and external organizations, but the lack of understanding of some members became an obstacle to implementation. Fifth, Nice's complexity and inefficiency hindered the implementation of an individualized education plan centered on life support.
