이 연구는 경기도 경찰공무원 559명을 대상으로 조직건강 척도 타당성을 검증하기 위해서 설계되었다. 경기지역 경찰서 23곳의 협조를 받아 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 빈도분석, 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 타당도 분석(탐색적, 확인적 요인분석) 을 실시하였다. 연구결과 28문항으로 구성된 조직건강 척도가 경찰공무원을 대상으로 검증 한 결과 신뢰도에는 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 탐색적 요인분석 결과 7문항이 요인적제값이 낮게 나타났고 확인적 요인분석에서도 7문항이 삭제된 수정된 조직건강척도 모델이 우수하며 각 문항과 잠재변수의 요인계수 값이 높고 통계적으로 모두 유의한 것으로 나타나 최종적으로 21개 문항으로 구성된 경찰공무원 조직건강 척도를 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study was designed to verify the validity of the organizational health scale utilizing a sample of 559 police officers in Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected through a survey with the cooperation of 23 police departments in Gyeonggi-do, and Frequency analysis, technical statistics, reliability analysis, and validity analysis(explorative and confirmatory factor analysis) were conducted. Results show that the organizational health scale of 28 questions was reliable, but the exploratory factor analysis showed that 7 questions had low factor loadings. Thus, the scale was refined, removing 7 factors. The refined scale was found to be statistically significant and betyer than the original scale.
