청소년동반자가 지각한 사례 수퍼비전에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 지역 청소년상담복지센터에서 활동하고 있는 청소년동반자를 대상으로 사례수퍼비전이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기위해 지역 청소년상담복지센터에서 전일제 및 시간제 동반자로 근무하고 있는 청소년동반자를 대상으로 질문지를 배부하였고 수거된 60개의 자료를 CQR-M 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 ‘청소년동반자 사례 수퍼비전 내용’과 ‘청소년동반자 수퍼비전에 대한 평가’등 2개 영역으로 분류되었고, 두 개 영역에서 9개의 하위영역(사례개념화(위험요인, 보호요인), 개입목표, 개입전략 설정, 개입의 성과, 대안제시, 중간평가 형식, 수퍼바이저의 청소년동반자 프로그램에 대한 이해, 청소년동반자 사례 수퍼비전에서 도움되는 점 및 보완되었으면 하는 점)과 26개의 범주를 도출하였다. 각 하위영역별로 비율을 구하여 빈도가 높은 순으로 결과를 정리한 후, 연구결과들의 함의와 시사점, 추후연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study investigated how case supervision is conducted for youth companions who are engaged in regional adolescent counseling centers. We polled youth companions working full-time and part-time at regional adolescent counseling centers and collected 60 responses, which was analyzed with CQR-M. The polled data was classified into two domains of ‘content’ and ‘evaluation’of supervision activities for youth companion's case. Nine subdomains were deducted: case conceptualization (risk factor, protective factor), intervention goal, establishing intervention strategy, intervention outcome, suggestion of alternatives, format of evaluation in the mid-course, supervisor’s understanding of youth companion program, suggestions for youth companion case supervision, and deducted 26 categories. The proportion of each category was calculated and we listed them in order of importance. Implications of our findings and suggestions for further research are discussed.
