Designing Quality Curriculum For 21st Century Learners

Abstract

In this paper, I investigated how to design quality curriculum and in particular, interdisciplinary curriculum. When we write curriculum, we go through four specific phases. The first phase we will deal with laying the foundation for the work, The second phase will be launching and developing units themselves and we’ll spend quite a bet of time on interdisciplinary on the one. The third phase, we’ll deal with informing our curriculum maps or unit designs, with the what we learn from what the students do. Then finally something that is in near dear to my heart, has to do with staying current. When we design quality curriculum, we should think about that: we would be familiar with elements of curriculum design. and we are focusing on a specific group of learners. we need to stop working such isolated way in our school and be more open and transparent in the way we share our plans. A team of teachers needs to be working to wards the mission, purpose.
