초록
The purpose of this study was to examines correlation between body composition(%fat.WC,WHR, FFM, SM, VF, BMI) and blood lipis(TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C) · b-aPWV(brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity) of obese university women. The subjects of this study were 39 over 30%of percentile fat and all subjects were involved in each test. The b-aPWV was measured by Colin Pulse Waveform Analyzer(VP-1000, Colin, Japan). The body composition were %fat, BMI and Waist circumference. The Blood Lipids was measured by Enzymatic Colorimetric Assay Method(Roche, Germany). The result was as follows. The body composition(%fat, WHR) in of obese university women were positively correlation with b-aPWV(R, L). The blood lipids(LDL-C) in of obese university women was positively correlation with b-aPWV(R, L). But HDL-C factor was negatively correlation with b-aPWV(R, L). In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that Body composition, blood lipids and b-aPWV have significant relationship in obese university women over 30% of percentile fat.

In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrate that Body composition, blood lipids and b-aPWV have significant relationship in obese university women over 30% of percentile fat.
