초록
This study aims to analyze the current state of China's football referee training system, identify its key characteristics and limitations, and propose strategies for development. While the referee training system in China has achieved positive advancements through its grading structure and network-based framework, it faces bottlenecks such as insufficient integration between education, training, and evaluation, regional resource imbalances, and inadequate levels of professionalization. In contrast, South Korea's football referee training system demonstrates structural strengths, such as clear promotion criteria, efficient management through digital systems, and the operation of systematic educational programs. These aspects provide valuable insights for improving China's referee training system. Based on these findings, this study proposes standardizing China's referee training system, expanding practical training opportunities, promoting professionalization, establishing digital management systems, and enhancing the public image of referees. Furthermore, future research should focus on quantitative data analysis, exploring regional disparities, studying psychological stability, and conducting comparative studies with international cases to ensure the scientific and sustainable development of China's referee training system.
