본 연구는 공연예술 대학생들을 대상으로 전공스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 인지적 유연성, 회복탄력성, 자기자비, 그릿의 매개효과 검증을 알아보고자 하였다. 서울, 경기, 강원, 충청 지역의 대학교에 재학 중인 공연예술전공 595명을 대상으로 확률표본추출법 중에서 편의표본 추출법을 사용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 이후 SPSS 29.0을이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석 및 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 활용하여 매개효과 검증을실시하였다. 이후 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공스트레스와 우울의 관계는 정(+)적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지적 유연성, 회복탄력성, 자기자비와의 관계에서는 우울과 부(-)적인 관계인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 자기자비는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 공연예술 대학생들이전공스트레스로 인해 겪는 우울을 완화하는 방법에 대한 후속연구의 근거를 제공하고자 하며, 앞으로의 공연예술대학생들을 위한 심리상담 교육 또는 이에 따른 필요한 방안 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 가치가있다고 사료된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects of cognitive flexibility, resilience, self-compassion, and grit in the relationship between major stress and depression in performing arts college students. Samples were extracted using the convenience sampling method among probability sampling methods from 595 performing arts majors enrolled in universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Chungcheong regions. After that, using SPSS 29.0, mediating effect verification was conducted using frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and bootstrapping techniques. The results of the subsequent study are as follows. First, the relationship between major stress and depression was found to be positive (+). Second, in the relationship between cognitive flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion, it was found that there was a negative (-) relationship with depression. Fourth, in the relationship between major stress and depression, self-compassion was found to have a mediating effect. Therefore, this study is intended to provide the basis for subsequent studies on how to alleviate depression experienced by performing arts college students due to major stress, and it is considered to be worth the research to provide basic data for psychological counseling education or search for necessary measures for future performing arts college students.
