본 연구는 무용전공대학생의 나르시시즘, 자기관리 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향력을 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도에 소재한 7곳의 4년제 대학 무용전공대학생 300명을 설문 조사하여 최종 267명의 자료를 SPSS Ver 21.0으로 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하여 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용전공대학생의 나르시시즘은 자기관리에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용전공대학생의 나르시시즘은 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공대학생의 자기관리가 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 무용수의 긍정적 나르시시즘의 심리자원을 활용하여 무용수들의 자기관리와 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 전문무용수로서의 발전에 필요한 자기관리 및 자기효능감을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 실천적 방안으로서 나르시시즘의 영향력을 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of narcissism on self-management, and self-efficacy of university students majoring dance. To this end, 280 students majoring dance from seven universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed, and the final 267 data were analyzed with SPSS Ver 21.0 for Windows. The results derived using factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis are as follows. First, it was found that the narcissism of dance majors had a significant effect on self-management. Second, it was found that the narcissism of dance majors had a significant effect on self-efficacy. Third, it was found that the self-management of dance majors had a significant effect on self-efficacy. This study confirmed that the psychological resources of dancers' positive narcissism can be used to improve their self-management and self-efficacy, and it is significant that the influence of narcissism was presented as a practical way to effectively manage the self-management and self-efficacy necessary for the development as a professional dancer.
