[목적] 본 연구는 시각장애 평생교육에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 시각장애인의 평생교육 발전에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 연구 목적을 위해 2015년에서 2024년까지 10년간 시각장애 평생교육에 관한 연구 16편을 연도별 연구 주제, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 그리고 서술적 분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. [결과] 첫째, 시각장애 평생교육에 관한 연구 주제로는 프로그램에 관한 요구, 주제, 공급, 기능성 탐색에관한 연구가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구의 대상별에서는 관련 종사자와 프로그램 및 문헌을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구 방법별에서는 조사연구가 가장 많았다. 넷째, 서술적 분석에서는 시각장애 평생교육 프로그램에 관한 요구나 개발 방향에 대한 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 시각장애 평생교육에 관한 방향과 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.
Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of the study is to provide a foundation for future development in the field through analyzing trends in lifelong education for the visually impaired. [Method] We conducted a systematic review of 16 studies on lifelong education for the visually impaired published between 2015 and 2024. The analysis focused on research topics, subjects, and methods. [Results] First, the most common research topics related to lifelong education for the visually impaired were programs, which included exploration of needs, topics, supply, and functionality. Second, the most common research subjects were related workers, programs, and literature. Third, the dominant research method was survey research. Fourth, a descriptive review revealed a strong emphasis on the needs and developmental directions of lifelong education programs for the visually impaired. [Conclusion] Based on these research results, suggestions were made for future directions in lifelong education for the visually impaired and remomendations for follow-up research were offered.
