The purpose of this research is to use a narrative Inquiry to grasp the meaning and value of career exploration of University Student Majoring in Dance. We collected and analyzed data through interviews with three research participants for about six months from July to January 2020. The results are as follows. First, research participants who were trained in apprenticeship education had a tendency to 'maladjustment' and ‘dependence' after University admission but live an independent life. Second, various experiences in University have encouraged research participants to have a strong will and confidence in their career decisions. Third, the various reasons for choosing a double major had a more positive effect than a negative one. Research participants' career search process can be accepted as a positive sign that they are moving toward a “new challenge” rather than drop-out.
