실용무용 전공학생들의 졸업 후 직업인식에 대한 질적 접근 –실용무용과 전공학생들을 중심으로-

This study is aimed at figure out the career aptitude of the students who major in practical dance and are expecting graduation. In order to accomplish the goal, the source material through in-depth interviews with questions filled with employment after graduation was collected and analyzed to find out the internal and external situation for two months from December 2nd, 2019 to February 2nd, 2020. The results have been produced and consequently are as follows. First of all, research participants entered practical dance schools and majored in dance which was been fond of from high school for the process to be an expert. It was shown that graduation assures to be recognized as a dance specialist and to have royalty from stable community spirit. Second of all, it was observed that research participants perceiving insecure recognition of career have a strong value to persist in their own career. It represents contradictory desires, which are proven that they are eager not only to express their own extraordinary value to surrounding people but also to be sympathetic to the realistic situation.
