본 연구의 목적은 계획행동이론을 적용하여 장애인체육 활성화를 위한 예비특수체육지도자의 프로보노(Pro Bono) 참여 의도 모형의 적합성 분석과 각 변인의 인과적인 영향 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구에서 도출한 각 변인의 문항을 수정 및 변형하여 최종 설문지로 선택하였다. 자료분석은 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도를 위해 SPSS 23.0과 구조방정식 모형분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 위해 AMOS 21.0을 사용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 계획행동이론을 적용한 예비특수체육지도자의 프로보노 참여 의도 모형의 적합성 검증 결과 CFI, NFI, IFI, TLI의 모든 지수가 .90의 이상의 기준을 충족하여 본 연구의 모형이 양호한 것으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 예비특수체육지도자의 프로보노 참여 의도 연구모형의 영향 관계를 검증한 결과 예비특수체육지도자의 통제신념은 참여 의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향 관계가 있었지만, 예비특수체육지도자의 행동신념과 규범신념이 참여 의도에는 부(-)의 유의한 영향 관계가 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the Pro Bono participation intention model of pre-service adapted physical activity (APA) instructors to promote sports for people with disabilities and to investigate the causal influence relationship of each variable based on the theory of planned behavior. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the questions for each variable derived from previous research were modified and selected as the final questionnaire. For data analysis, SPSS 23.0 was used for exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach’s a, and AMOS 21.0 was used for structural equation model analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The first, as a result of verifying the suitability of the model of intention to participate in Pro Bono work of pre-service APA instructors applying the theory of planned behavior, all indices of CFI, NFI, IFI, and TLI met the standard of .90 or higher, indicating that the model of this study was good. Second, as a result of verifying the influence relationship of the research model of pre-service APA instructors' Pro Bono participation intention, the pre-service APA instructors' control beliefs had a positive and significant influence on the participation intention, but the prospective pre-service APA instructors' behavioral beliefs and normative beliefs had a significant negative relationship with participation intention.
