Abstract

The purpose of this study was investigate the physical educators' intention toward teaching individuals with disabilities by Physical Educators' Intention Toward Teaching Individuals with Disabiliteis Ⅱ Preservice Survey: PEITID-Ⅱ-PS(based on theory of planned behavior: TPB). The researcher used purposive sampling 245 physical educators' who worked middle schools. The collected data were analyzed exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis using SPSS 14.0 version and AMOS 4.O1 version. The results were as follows: first, the questionnaires assessing of this study by revision PEITID-Ⅱ-PS(based on TPB) were validity(CFI index: Normed χ2= 1.80, GFI= .92, NFI= .94, TLI= .96, CFI= .97, RESEA= .06) and application of the TPB was suitable to determine about physical educator's intention toward teaching individuals with disabilities(SEA index: Normed χ2= 3.65, GFI= .84, NFI= .88, TLI= .90, CFI= .91, RESEA= .09). second, normative beliefs were positive effects on subjective norm of physical educator's. And attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm, preceived behavior control were positive effects on intention toward individuals with disabilities. however behavioral beliefs were not effects on attitude toward the behavior, and control beliefs were negative effects on preceived behavior control of physical educators'.
