Abstract
Purpose : This study uses intercultural factors of Korea, the United States, and China as an independent variable and logical/emotional communication as a parameter, and the outcome variable, which is the type of negotiation (distributive negotiation/combination negotiation), is intervened through parametric analysis., Do research on how it affects you. herefore, the purpose of this study is to conduct research on the negotiation type according to the intervention of parameters, and to obtain the difference in negotiation according to the type of communication. Research design, data, methodology : 1,000 copies were distributed to each country, 600 copies were collected, and 500 copies of valid questionnaires were analyzed for each country. The measurement method used a Likert 7-point scale with 7 points for'very much' and 1 point for'very unlikely', and the collected data was verified by mediated regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program to establish a negotiation model. Results : In this analysis, emotional communication parameters are significant in collectivism, high uncertainty avoidance, realist tendencies, and active use of SNS in the mediating effect of emotional communication in combinatorial negotiation. Intercultural factors that differ from country to country may have a significant or insignificant effect on the type of negotiation depending on the type of communication. In particular, it can be seen that in the case of individualistic/collectivist cross-culturalism, whether logical communication or emotional communication is performed, it has a significant influence on associative negotiation. Conclusions : As a result of the analysis, it was not significant for conjunctive negotiation, but as a result of analyzing logical and emotional communication as a parameter, it was significant for distributional negotiation. The factors for using SNS appear to be insignificant in distributional negotiations.. Different cultures appear differently from country to country, and according to the cross-cultural type and the form of communication as a parameter, it appears in various forms in the type of negotiation. Therefore, in order to successfully lead negotiations in a cross-cultural environment that differs from country to country, a complex approach is required
