연구 목적: 본 연구는 무용전공 대학생이 무용만족에 미치는 요인을 탐색하고 한국과 중국의 차이를 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 중국과 한국의 무용전공 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 617명을 수집하였고 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 처리하였다. 상관관계 분석, 차이검증(F,t) 분석을 실시한 후, 국적을 구분하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 무용동기, 몰입경험, 무용정서표현, 교육서비스품질이 무용만족과의 상관관계 및 미치는 영향을 알아본다. 결론 및 제언: 첫째, 무용동기, 몰입경험, 무용정서표현, 교육서비스품질이 높을수록 무용만족이 높았다. 둘째, 한국은 중국보다 무용동기, 무용정서표현, 교육서비스품질에 대한 인식 수준이 높고 중국은 한국보다 몰입경험, 무용만족에 대한 인식 수준이 높았다. 셋째, 한국집단이 중국집단보다 무용만족에 미치는 영향력이 높았고, 무용정서표현(연기 표현력)과 무용만족이 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에서는 연기력 이외의 다양한 특성을 포함한 연구모형을 수립하고 검증할 필요가 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting dance satisfaction of college students majoring in dance and to examine the differences between Korea and China. An online survey was conducted on Chinese and Korean college students majoring in dance, and 617 students were collected and the data were processed using SPSS program. Dance motivation, flow experience, dance emotional expression, and educational service quality are correlated with dance satisfaction. First, dance satisfaction was higher when dance motivation, flow experience, dance emotional expression, and education service quality were higher. Second, Korea has higher recognition level on dance motivation, dance emotion expression, and education service quality than China, and China has higher recognition level on flow experience and dance satisfaction than Korea. Third, the Korean group had a higher influence on dance satisfaction than the Chinese group, and there was a close relationship between dance emotional expression (acting expression) and dance satisfaction.Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to establish and verify a research model including various characteristics other than acting ability in subsequent studies.
