본 연구의 목적은 데이터 안심구역과 공간정보 안심구역의 현황을 분석·검토하여 공간정보자원 활용 혁신 기반으로서 공간정보 안심구역의 기능 고도화 방안을 마련하는 것이다. 현행 법·제도 및 현황 분석을 통해 3가지 개선과제를 도출하였고, 다종·다양한 공간정보에 대한 접근성 향상, 혁신 창출 인프라 고도화, 미래의 디지털 인재 양성에 기여하고자 공간정보 안심구역의 기능을 중심으로 고도화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방안은 연결된 기능적 요소로서 상호 영향을 주고 받는 관계라 할 수 있다. 공간정보 혁신 강국으로 도약하기 위해서는 점진적으로 공간정보 안심구역 기능의 고도화, 활용 촉진, 제도의 체계화·안정화가 동반되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and review the current status of data safety zones and spatial data safety zones, and to prepare a plan to upgrade the function of spatial data safety zones as a foundation for innovation using spatial data resources. Three improvement tasks were derived through the current law, system, and current status analysis, and advanced measures were presented to improve accessibility to various spatial data, advance innovation creation infrastructure, and foster digital talent in the future. The plan presented in this study can be said to be a relationship in which mutual influence is exchanged as a connected functional element. In order to become a powerhouse for spatial data innovation, it will be necessary to gradually advance the functions of spatial data safety zones, promote utilization, and systematize and stabilize the system.
