본 연구는 공개제한 공간정보의 접근성 즉, 수요자들의 공개제한 공간정보 이·활용성 증대를 위해 공개제한 공간정보 제공에 대한 개선점을 모색하고 그 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 법·제도적 관점에 한정하여 공간정보 및 공개제한 공간정보에 관한 정의, 제공 기준, 보안심사 등을 고찰하고 개선방안을 도출하였다. 궁극적으로 공개제한 공간정보 수요자들의 접근성을 향상시키고 활용성을 극대화할 수 있도록 더 나은 환경을 제공하여 공간정보산업 국가경쟁력 제고에 기여하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study aims to find and present improvements to the provision of restricted spatial data in order to increase the accessibility of restricted spatial data, that is, the rational and utilization of restricted spatial data for demand-side-users. Limited to legal and institutional perspectives, the definition of spatial data and restricted spatial data, provision criteria, security screening, etc. were considered, and improvement measures were derived. Ultimately, we would like to contribute to the improvement of the national competitiveness of the spatial data industry by providing a better environment to improve accessibility and maximizing usability of restricted spatial data demand-side-users.
