디지털 역량강화 교육 강사와 서포터즈의 교육요구 분석

본 연구는 디지털 뉴딜의 일환으로서 2020년부터 전 국민을 대상으로 한 디지털 역량강화 교육을 담당하고 있는 강사와 서포터즈의 역량을 개발하기 위해 이들에게 어떠한 교육 요구가 있는지 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전국의 디지털 배움터에서 교육을 담당하고 있는 디지털 강사 609명과 서포터즈 536명 등 총 1,145명을 대상으로 설문 자료를 수집하여 22개 교육 역량에 관한 중요도-실행도를 분석하였다. 그리고 t-test, Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus 분석을 실시한 결과를 종합적으로 고려하여 디지털 역량강화 교육에 필요한 역량의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 두 집단 모두 신규 교과목(프로그램) 개발, 수업내용 구조화, 학습환경 조성, 학습자의 학습 동기 및 참여촉진 역량에 관한 교육요구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 강사 집단은 교수자 간 협업 및 네트워크 형성, 학습자 중심 교수학습 방법 활용 역량 등에 관한 차별적인 교육요구가 있었으며, 서포터즈 집단은 효과적인 내용 전달 전략, 강의분야 관련 전문적 지식 및 기술 등의 교육요구가 확인되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 디지털 역량 강화 교육을 효과적으로 수행하는데 필요한 강사 및 서포터즈의 역량 개발 방안에 관한 시사점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the educational needs for the digital learning center instructors and supporters, which are the core implementation agents of the whole nation’s digital competency enhancement education of digital inclusion promotion plan. For this purpose, 609 instructors and 536 supporters of the digital learning center, for a total of 1,145 people, data on the importance-performance questionnaire on 22 educational competencies were collected and conducted t-test, Borich needs analysis and The Locus for Focus analysis. Through this, the priority of competencies required for digital competency enhancement education was derived. As a result of the study, it was found that both groups had high educational needs on the development of new subjects(programs), structuring of class contents, creation of a learning environment, and learner’s learning motivation and participation promotion competency. Among them, the instructor group had discriminatory educational needs regarding the competency to cooperate and network among instructors and using learner-centered teaching and learning methods. supporters group were identified with effective content delivery strategies and specialized knowledge and skills related to the field of the lecture. Based on the above results, the implications on the competency development plan of digital learning center instructors and supporters for effective digital competency enhancement education and directions for future research were presented.
