본 연구는 급변하는 사회적 요구를 반영한 새로운 교육 체제를 모색하고, 무용교육의 혁신적·융합적 발전을 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 국내 대학교육정책과 대학 무용교육과정과 관련된 선행연구 중 교육제도 및 정책 변화에따른 무용교육의 방향성과 과제를 구체적으로 제시한 연구, 미래지향적 교육모델을포함한 연구, 무용교육의 혁신 전략을 다룬 연구를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 입학전형의 다양화, 융합교육 확대, 국내외 대학 간 협력 강화, 산업체 및 지자체와의 연계 필요성이 도출되었다. 이는 대학 무용교육이 전통적 한계를 넘어 교육개혁 흐름에 부응하고, 무용 전공자가 미래 사회에서 주도적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 기반이 되길 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims to explore a new educational framework that responds to rapidly changing social demands and to propose practical strategies for the innovative and interdisciplinary advancement of dance education. By analyzing previous studies related to national university education policies and university dance education curricula, particularly those fo- cusing on the direction and challenges of dance education in response to policy changes, future-oriented educational models, and innovation strat- egies, this study identifies the need for diversified admission processes, expanded convergency education, strengthened collaboration between do- mestic and international institutions, and increased cooperation with in- dustries and local governments. These findings are expected to provide a foundation for transforming traditional dance education, aligning it with ongoing educational reforms, and enabling dance majors to play a more proactive role in future society.
