科举视野下的18世纪朝鲜唐宋文选集 - 以正祖编 《八子百选》为讨论的范围

《唐宋八子百选》은 정조가 《唐宋八子家文鈔》에서 백편을 다시 선별하여 편찬한 것이다. 이런 까닭으로 기존의 《唐宋八子百选》 관련 연구는 이 문학선집을 통해 정조의 문학관을 검토하는 등 주로 문학적 관점에 초점을 두고 진행되어 왔다. 다만 정조5년에 간행된 《唐宋八子 百选》은 정조년간의 문풍 쇄신 및 과거제도와도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 연구는 먼저 《唐宋 八子百选》의 편찬이 정조의 문체바로잡기(正文体) 및 과거제도 개혁과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 상세히 설명하고자 하였다. 다음으로 정조가 당시 과거제도의 개혁을 위해 《唐宋八子百 选》을 어떻게 이용하였는지를 구체적으로 살펴보고 이 과정에서 《唐宋八子百选》이 정조 년간의 과거제도에서 어떠한 의미로 문인학자들에게 인식되었는지를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 통해조선 후기에 간행된 당송문선집과 조선후기 과거제도의 상관성에 대해 시론적인 논의를 진행하고자 했다.
Abstract
TangsongBazibaixuan is produced by King Jeongjo and re-selected pieces from TangsongBadajiawenchao. For this reason, the existing researches on TangsongBazibaixuan have been mainly focused on literary perspectives, such as examining the literary view of Jeongjo through this literary recollection. However, TangsongBazibaixuan, published in the 5th year of King Jeongjo, is closely related to the writing renewal policy(正文体)of King Jeongjo and the national talent selection system(科举). The purpose of this study was to clarify that the compilation of TangsongBazibaixuan is closely related to the writing renewal policy and the national talent selection system. Next, we examine how Jeongjo used TangsongBazibaixuan for reform of the national talent selection system at that time and how TangsongBazibaixuan was recognized by scholars in the national talent selection system after Jeongjo in this process. Through this discussion, I would like to discuss the correlation between Tangsongwen collection published in the late Joseon Dynasty and the national talent selection system of the late Joseon Dynasty.
