본 연구는 국내 문헌 분석을 통해 그릿과 긍정심리자본의 관계를 상호관계와 독립관계로 구분하였다. 이를 바탕으로 선행변 인, 매개변인, 조절변인, 결과변인을 통합적으로 분석하여 시사점과 향후 연구 방향을 도출하였다. 분석 대상은 총 36편의 논문 이며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그릿과 긍정심리자본이 상호관계에서 다른 변인 간의 영향을 다룬 연구는 27편이었다. 둘 째, 두 변인의 독립관계에서 분석한 연구는 9편으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상호관계와 독립관계를 기반으로 선행, 매개, 조절, 결과변 인을 분류하여 통합적 연구 모형을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 학문적 및 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study conducted a systematic literature review to classify the relationship between grit and positive psychological capital into two categories reciprocal and parallel. Based on this classification, we comprehensively analyzed the antecedent, mediating, moderating, and outcome variables to derive implications and suggest directions for future research. A total of 36 studies were included in the analysis, with the following key findings. First, 27 studies examined the reciprocal relationship between grit and positive psychological capital and explored the effects of various variables within this context. Second, 9 studies investigated the parallel relationship between these two variables. Third, we propose an integrated research model by categorizing antecedent, mediating, moderating, and outcome variables based on both reciprocal and parallel relationships. These findings have significant academic and practical implications for future studies.
