아스퍼거 장애 아동의 낮은 사회적 기술과 의사소통 능력은 학교에서 보이는 행동문제의 원인이 된다. 아스퍼거 장애 아동은 자폐장애 아동과는 달리 언어발달이나 인지기능에 손상이 없기 때문에 그들이 보이는 행동문제는 아동의 기질적, 성격적 결함이나 잘못된 가정교육의 문제 등으로 오해받기 쉽다. 이런 행동문제는 아동이 학교생활에 적응하는데 걸림돌이 되며 특히 행동문제 가운데 공격행동은 타인은 물론 아동 자신의 안전에도 위협이 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 아동의 감정을 교사가 대신 읽어주는 감정 읽어주기 기법이 아동의 사회불안과 공격 행동을 감소시키는가를 확인해 보았다. 사회불안은 자기의식검사의 사전사후결과로 분석되었고 공격성의 감소는 중다기초선 설계를 사용하여 중재의 효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과 사회불안은 중재 이후에 감소되었고 중재를 받는 동안 공격행동 역시 감소되었다. 그리고 추후 관찰에서도 공격행동이 나타나지 않았음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
Children with Asperger Syndrome(AS) have some trouble like conduct disorder. For instance, low social skill and communication skill that is the cause of externalizing behavioral problem. many AS have normal intelligence. so that their behavior can be apt to be misunderstood as evil intentions or an abnormal personality. Externalizing behavioral problem, especially aggression has got trouble to AS adapting to school. Therefore this research was performed two children with AS and intented to know whether the verbal empathy decrease social anxiety and aggression. This research was peformed by self consciousness scale and multiple baseline design. Aggression was directly observed by frequency recording and social anxiety was marked by self consciousness scale. As the result, during under intervention, aggression rapidly decreased and was kept falling back and social anxiety scores was low after intervention. This research showed that verbal empathy will contribute to decrease aggression and social anxiety of AS in school of inclusion.
