闽南人早就和马来民族有较为密切的交往，因而大量的闽南方言借词出现在马来印 度尼西中亚语。闽南方言还保留着很多古汉语的特点，因此从闽南方言的角度来研 究汉语借词，可以深刻理解马来印度尼西亚语中的汉语借词，这也助于考释马来印 度尼西亚语词汇的语源。
Abstract
Since a long time ago, Chinese southerners have immigrated to and settled in Indonesia and other South-East Asian countries. Large-scale immigration occurred most frequently from the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century. There were various political, economic, and sociocultural exchanges between the two local areas. As a result of these exchanges, there are noticeable loan and borrow word phenomena between the two languages. The researcher has interpreted the meaning of 1,086 Indonesian words loaned from Chinese in Korean and has explored their value from the perspective of Chinese dialectology, phonology and etymology. The 1,086 words in this study will be the data of analysis of a study titled "A study on Chinese loaned words in Malay-Indonesian language." It is useful to study South-Min dialect for loaned words in Malay-Indonesian language because this dialect still preserves the features of ancient Chinese. This study can be helpful for researchers who study history of cultural exchanges especially in South-East Asian countries, such as China and Malaysia or Indonesia, or lexical studies on the South-Min dialect. In addition, it will provide researchers who learn or study Malay-Indonesian in Korea with considerable knowledge of etymology.
