비동시적 온라인 독서 토론(AORD) 교수 모형에 기반한 예비 교사를 위한 양성평등 교양 교육 프로그램 개발 연구

본 연구의 목적은 예비 교사들의 양성평등 의식과 성인지 감수성을 강화하기 위한 비동시적 온라인 독서 토론(AORD) 교수 모형을 개발하고, 이를 통해 예비 교사 교육에서의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌 분석을 통해 양성평등 교육의 내용 요소를 체계화하고, 설계된 AORD 모형을 예비 교사들에게 적용하여 사회적 네트워크 분석(SNA)을 통해 상호작용 수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과, AORD 모형은 참여자들이 깊이 있는 사고와 성찰을 통해 협력적 지식 구성을 촉진하며, 젠더 갈등과 혐오 문제를 비판적으로 이해하고 해결 방안을 모색하는 데 효과적임을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 비동시적 온라인 토론은 실시간 토론과 달리 충분한 시간을 확보하여 학습자들이 다양한 관점과 의견을 자유롭게 교환하고, 젠더 이슈와 관련된 토론에서 발생할 수 있는 민감성을 완화하여 보다 유의미한 토론을 가능하게 하였다. SNA 분석 결과, 토론 참여자 간의 상호작용 밀도가 높을수록 논의의 깊이와 질이 향상되는 경향이 나타나 성평등 의식을 내면화하고 교육 역량을 강화하는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 예비 교사 양성 과정에서의 양성평등 교육의 중요성을 재확인하고, 실천적 교육 모형을 제안한 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to develop an Asynchronous Online Reading Discussion (AORD) model to enhance gender equality awareness and gender sensitivity among pre-service teachers and verify its effectiveness. Through literature analysis, the study systematized key elements of gender equality education and applied the AORD model, assessing participant interactions using Social Network Analysis (SNA). The results showed that the AORD model promotes collaborative knowledge construction and critical reflection on gender issues, effectively reducing sensitivities and enhancing discussion quality. High interaction density among participants led to deeper discussions, fostering internalization of gender equality awareness and strengthening educational competence. The findings underscore the need for gender equality education in teacher training and establish the AORD model as a practical and impactful educational approach.
