연구목적: 본 연구는 무용전공 중국유학생의 성취목표성향이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 소속감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다.이를 통해 무용전공 유학생의 사회적 관계 향상과 정서적 적응을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 전국의 대학 및 대학원에 재학 중인 무용전공 중국유학생 202 명으로, 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 성취목표성향의 하위요인 중 과제목표성향은 사회관계성향, 역할성향, 표현성향 모두에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아목표성향은 사회관계성향에는 유의하지 않았으나 역할성과 표현성향에는 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표성향이 대인관계에 미치는 관계에서 소속감은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 결론: 이는 유학생의 대인관계가 단순한 의사소통의 문제가 아니라 학업 지속과 예술적성취를 가능하게 하는 심리·사회적 기반임을 의미한다. 따라서 대학과 학과는 유학생이 공동체 내에서 안정적인 소속감을 형성하고, 협업과 상호 피드백이 활발히 이루어질 수 있는 교육 환경을 조성해야 한다. 이를 통해 성취목표성향이 긍정적으로 발현되어 유학생의 사회적 관계 향상과 학업 몰입, 예술적 성장을 촉진할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study examined the effects of achievement goal orientation on interpersonal relationships among Chinese international dance students in Korea and the mediating role of belongingness. Methods: Data were collected from 202 undergraduate and graduate students through an online survey and analyzed using SPSS 26.0, including factor, reliability, regression, and mediation analyses. Results: Task goal orientation positively affected social, role, and expressive relationships, while ego goal orientation influenced role and expressive relationships only. Belongingness partially mediated these relationships. Conclusion: Interpersonal relationships serve as a key psychological and social foundation for academic persistence and artistic development. Universities should therefore foster educational environments that enhance belongingness and collaboration to support positive goal orientations and student development
