무용전공 대학생의 동기분위기 지각과 성취목표성향, 무용열정의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 한국무용전공 대학생들이 무용시간에 경험하는 학습동기분위기지각과 성취목표성향, 무용열정의 관계를 알아보는 것이었다. 이에 최종적으로 306명의 자료를 추출하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관관계 분석결과 성취목표성향의 수행-회피요인과 숙달분위기, 숙달-접근, 조화열정만이부(-)적 상관이 나타났으며, 나머지 요인간의 상관은 모두 정(+)적 상관을 나타냈다. 성취목표성향의 하위요인 중 숙달-접근요인과 무용열정의 하위요인 조화열정(.633)이 가장 높은 상관을 나타냈다. 회귀분석 결과 동기분위기 지각이 조화열정을 잘 예측하는것으로 나타났으며, 성취목표성향은 숙달-접근요인만이 조화열정을 유의미하게 예측하고 있었다. 강박열정의 유의미한 예측변인은 동기분위기지각의 수행분위기 요인과성취목표성향의 숙달-접근, 수행-접근, 수행-회피인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 선행연구에 근거하여 논의하였다.
Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship among the perceived motivational climates, achievement goal orientation, and the dance passion of the college students who are majoring in Korean dance. To achieve this goal, we conducted descriptive, correlational,and multiple regression analysis based on the usable data from 306students. The correlational analysis showed negative correlations only among the performance-avoidance, the mastery climate,mastery-approach and the harmonious passion; except these factors, all factors showed positive correlations among one another. The mastery-approach, a subfactor of the achievement goal orientation, and the harmonious passion, a subfactor of the dance passion showed the most highest correlations (.633). As a result of regression analysis, we found the perceived motivational climates is a good predictor of the harmonious passion, and only the mastery-approach factor among the achievement goal orientation significantly predict the harmonious passion. The significant predictive variables of the obsessive passion are performance climate under the perceived motivational climate, and the mastery - approach, performance - approach, and the performance - avoidance under the achievement goal orientation. The results are discussed in the context of the existing literature.
