본 연구는 모델 워킹 교육의 맥락에서 음악적 요소가 갖는 교육적⋅실천적 의미를 규명하기 위해, 현장 경력 5 년 이상인 모델 워킹 교육자 10명을 대상으로 합의적 질적 분석(CQR)을 실시하였다. 온라인 서면 인터뷰를 통해수집된 자료를 영역⋅범주화한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모델 워킹 교육 현황을 보면 대부분의 교육자가 짧은개인 학습 이후 현장 실무 경험을 축적하면서 자체적인 커리큘럼을 개발하고 있었으며, 이는 과거 모델 워킹 교육체계가 미비했던 현실을 반영한다. 교육자들은 모델 워킹이 모델 직업 역량의 기초이며, 음악적 감각과 전문성을요구하는 핵심 교육이라고 인식하고 있었으나, 비표준화 된 커리큘럼, 교육 용어의 불일치, 맞춤형 지도 환경의 부족, 교육자 재교육 부재를 주요 문제로 지적하였다. 둘째, 교육법 분석 결과, 기관 및 강사 간 교육법 편차가 컸고이를 해소하기 위한 교육자 간 교류와 타 예술 분야와의 협업이 필요하다는 인식이 공통적으로 나타났다. 실제 수업은 대체로 스트레칭 → 벽서기 → 4⋅3⋅2⋅1 박자 → 기초워킹 → 턴⋅포즈 → 무대 동선의 단계로 진행되고있었고, 대부분의 교육자들은 음원이 수업 몰입도와 학습 질 향상에 기여한다고 평가하였다. 셋째, 음악적 요소 및음원 활용성 측면에서, 모든 교육자는 템포를 가장 중요한 요소로 인식하였으며, 박자와 리듬에 대해서는 교육자간 의견 차이가 존재하였다. 기초 단계인 4⋅3⋅2⋅1 박자 워킹 교육에서 실제 음원을 활용하는 교육자는 1명뿐이었으며, 나머지 교육자들은 신체 감각 집중, 육성 카운트의 편의성, 적절한 음원 부재 등을 이유로 음원 사용을제한하고 있었다. 그러나 다수는 해당 단계에 적합한 음원이 개발된다면 활용할 의사가 있다고 밝혀, 향후 음원 활용 가능성이 높다는 점이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 자유 응답을 통해, 교육자들은 연령⋅콘셉트별 다양화된 음원이제공될 경우, 모델 워킹 교육의 전문성과 효과가 더욱 증대될 것이라고 전망하였다. 본 연구는 모델 워킹 교육의표준화 필요성과 음악 기반 교수 지원의 가능성을 제시함으로써, 향후 교육 음원 개발과 교수자 재교육 체계 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 모델 워킹 교육의 표준화 필요성과 음악 기반 교수 지원의 가능성을 제시함으로써, 향후 교육 음원 개발과 교수자 재교육 체계 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기위한 기초 연구의 발판이 될 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.
