영아의 어머니를 위한 상황극 기반 감정코칭 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과

본 연구는 영아의 어머니를 위한 상황극 기반 감정코칭 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 적용 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 수행하기 위해서는 상황극 및 연극 활용 프로그램, 어머니 대상 감정코칭 관련 문헌을 고찰하였고, 감정코칭에 대한 인식과 프로그램 요구에 대한 포커스 그룹인터뷰와 1차 전문가 협의를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 영아의 어머니를 위한 상황극 기반 1차 감정코칭 프로그램의 모형과 세부 시안을 개발하였고, 이후 예비 연구와 2차 전문가 협의 과정을 걸쳐 프로그램의 수정⋅보완 후 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 영아의 어머니를 위한 상황극 기반 감정코칭 프로그램은 프로그램의 목적 및 목표, 교육 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가의 체제로 구성하였다. 또한 프로그램의 적용을 위해서는 경기도 P시 소재 K어린이집과 Y어린이집에 재원 중인 영아의 어머니 20명을 대상으로 2024년 7월 16일부터 10월 2일까지 매주 1회씩 총 12회기 동안 프로그램을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 영아 어머니의 양육효능감과 양육 행동, 영아의 사회⋅정서발달 사후검사에서 실험집단이 비교집단보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이러한 결과는 영아의 어머니를 위한 상황극 기반 감정코칭 프로그램이 보육 현장에서 어머니의 양육역량 강화와 영아 사회⋅정서발달을 촉진하는 효과적인 부모교육 방안으로서 교육적 가치가 있음을 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a situational play-based emotion coaching program for mothers with infants and toddlers and to examine its application effect. To perform the objective of this study, there was a literature review in relation to a situational play and theatrical education program and to emotional coaching for mothers. The focus group interview and the primary expert consultation were conducted with regard to the perception of emotional coaching and the demand for the program. On the basis of this, the model and detailed draft were developed for the primary emotion coaching program based on a situational play for mothers with infants and toddlers. And then, the final program was exploited after passing through the process of modifying and supplementing the program following the preliminary research and the secondary expert consultation. The situational play-based emotion coaching program for mothers with infants and toddlers consists of the program's purpose, educational content, teaching-learning method, and evaluation content. In addition, for the application of the program, the program was applied for totally 12 sessions by once a week from July 16, 2024 to October 2 targeting totally 20 mothers with infants and toddlers who are attending K child care center and Y child care center where are located in P city of Gyeonggi Province. As a result, the experimental group showed a statistically meaningful betterment rather than the comparative group in the post test on the parenting efficacy and the parenting behavior in mothers with infants and toddlers and on the social and emotional development in infants and toddlers. This outcome has a significance in terms of having clarified the educational value of the program as an effective method in which the situational play- based emotion coaching program for mothers with infants and toddlers strengthens the maternal parenting competence and promotes the social and emotional development in infants and toddlers at a child care site.
