副詞「よく」の評価用法に関する研究‒共起関係を中心に‒

本稿では、評価用法の「よく」の特徴を明らかにするために、共起関係を中心に考察した。その結果をまとめると、以下のようである。 ①「可能形」との共起で、可能形には相手の能力に対する、話し手の評価を表す意味があるため、「よく」との共起が可能であり、共起により、「よく」の評価の意味がよりはっきり表現される。 ②「ている」との共起で、「よく」が、ある状態を達成していることから来る肯定的評価が含意される「可能動詞＋ている」と共起する場合、「よく」は評価を表す。 ③「てくれる」との共起で、「てくれる」の対象がすでに実現された「てくれた」の形式として「よく」と共起する場合、「よく」は評価を表す。 ④モダリティとの共起で、「よく」は話者の伝達態度にかかわる終助詞「ね」「な」と感嘆·詠嘆を表す「ものだ」と一緒に用いられる。
Abstract
In this paper, we focused on co-occurrence relationships in order to clarify the characteristics of the evaluative usage of “yoku.” The results can be summarized as follows. ① Since the possible form has the meaning of expressing the speaker’s evaluation of the other person’s ability, it is possible to co-occur with “yokul”, and due to the co-occurrence, the evaluation of “yoku” is Meaning is expressed more clearly. ② When “yoku” co-occurs with “teiru” and “yoku” co-occurs with “possible verb + teiru” which implies a positive evaluation that comes from achieving a certain state, “yoku” is evaluative. represents. ③ When it co-occurs with “tekureru” and “yoku” as a form of “tekureta” in which the object of “tekureta” has already been realized, “yoku” expresses evaluation. ④ In co-occurrence with modality, “yoku” is used together with the final particles “ne” and “na”, which relate to the speaker’s communicative attitude, and “monoda”, which expresses exclamation and lamentation.
